The visit of Jesus to Mary and Martha is a biblical story from the Gospel of Luke, chapter 10, verses 38-42. As Jesus arrives at their home, Martha busily attends to the preparations, while Mary chooses to sit at Jesus' feet, attentively listening to His words. When Martha expresses frustration about Mary not helping her, Jesus gently reminds her that Mary has chosen what is truly essential—being close to Him and learning from Him. This story emphasizes the importance of prioritizing spiritual connection and reflection over worldly concerns.
